Sourcing
Authorised distributors, principal support letters
We source through authorised Malaysian distributors — including VSTECS Astar, Servex (M), TD Synnex, M-Link System, Brother International and Ingram Micro — which allows us to obtain principal support letters for tender submissions. For a public university in 2026 we supplied high-performance hardware, configured the network and servers, applied security controls and backup, and integrated the ArcGIS Enterprise geospatial platform for a 50-user capacity, with on-site installation, testing, training and documentation.
