We will tell you when the answer is no
We have audited systems and advised the client that finishing them was not worth the money, and we have advised against hardware that was more than the workload required. Consultation is quoted and delivered as its own engagement, so the advice is not a route into a larger sale. If the recommendation is that you do nothing, that is what the report will say.
