How We Deliver
In-house expertise, and the network behind it
Our core team covers system development, infrastructure and networking in-house. Hardware supply runs through authorised Malaysian distributors, which is what allows us to obtain principal support letters for tender submissions without carrying inventory. It also means the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person who answers a support request is the person who knows the code.

Server configuration, LAN and WAN, security controls and backup, on Linux with NGINX and Docker.

On-site installation, system testing, user training, technical documentation and ongoing maintenance.
Our in-house team, backed by an authorised supplier network, is what has delivered 60+ projects since 2016, including a rollout across 18 sites supported continuously since 2022.
