UniSZA — technology infrastructure & geospatial integration
Scope
Supply of high-performance hardware, configuration of network and servers, security controls and backup systems, and integration of the ArcGIS Enterprise geospatial platform for a 50-user capacity.
Delivery
On-site installation, system testing, user training and technical documentation. Four MOF field codes were engaged on this single project — 210101 hardware, 210103 software, 210104 system development and 210105 networking — which is what allowed hardware, licensing, configuration and integration to sit under one supplier rather than four.

Skooldash at YIT — 18 preschools on one platform
Scope
A cloud school management platform with modules for attendance, examinations, academic records, Quran memorisation monitoring, HR management, basic payroll and an analytics dashboard, with role-based portals for administrators, teachers and parents.
Delivery
Mobile applications for iOS and Android published on the App Store and Google Play. Rolled out across 18 preschool locations and supported continuously since 2022 — the clearest evidence we have of multi-site delivery capacity.

Klinik Rafa — integrated clinic management system
Scope
Patient registration, appointment management, patient records and a monitoring dashboard, delivered across both web and mobile.
Delivery
Role-based access control throughout, and the system built to meet PDPA requirements for handling patient data — a constraint written into the specification rather than retrofitted after delivery.

Dividend distribution system — unit trust institution
Scope
Take over a system abandoned by a previous vendor at 90% completion and carry it through to production.
Delivery
Core system defects resolved, the annual dividend distribution calculation algorithm optimised, performance improved for large-scale transaction volumes, and user access control and financial data protection hardened. This is the engagement our system rescue service is built on.

Virtual exchange portal — international education programme
Scope
A web portal with a learning management system covering courses, quizzes, assignments and video, plus collaborative features including peer search, chat, an event calendar and joint projects.
Delivery
Assessment modules and analytics completed the platform. Delivered under an RFP service contract, which is the closest structure to formal tender procurement in our record to date.

adellaovens.my — ecommerce, class booking and affiliate platform
Scope
Three systems on one platform: an ecommerce store, an online class booking system, and an affiliate system.
Delivery
Built and maintained by us, live in production at adellaovens.my. Running commerce, scheduling and affiliate tracking together on a single platform keeps customer, booking and commission data in one place rather than split across three disconnected tools.
