Five codes covering the whole supply chain
Most suppliers hold one or two codes and subcontract the rest, which is why a single project ends up with three contracts and nobody accountable when the delivery slips. We hold 8 of the 11 field codes in the 2101 family. Five of them apply directly to supply and infrastructure.

Sourcing
Authorised distributors, and the letters tenders ask for
We source through authorised Malaysian distributors rather than carrying inventory. That matters for two reasons. First, it means what arrives on site is covered by the principal's own warranty and support chain, not a grey import. Second, it is what allows us to obtain principal support letters, the document most public sector hardware tenders require and the one that quietly disqualifies suppliers who cannot produce it.

Proof
A university rollout, delivered end to end
In 2026 we supplied and installed the technology infrastructure for a public university, engaging four MOF field codes on one project, hardware, software, system development and networking. High-performance hardware supplied, network and servers configured, security controls and backup systems put in place, and the ArcGIS Enterprise geospatial platform integrated for a 50-user capacity.
Delivery included on-site installation, system testing, user training and technical documentation. It was the first institutional delivery completed under our MOF registration, and it is the clearest evidence we have that hardware, licensing, configuration and integration can sit under one supplier rather than four.
